Yay, we are so thrilled, excited, happy and ready to go with the wonderful news we just received. The bid that we put on the house that we were looking at was accepted by HUD. So we have two days to sign and fill out some papers and mail them back. Then we have to play another little waiting game for the loan to be approved. (we were already pre approved so we are figuring it won't take to long. we hope.) Then we can paint, put new carpets in, move stuff in, etc. I am so so excited!!! :) If anyone would like to help paint or anything let us know. ha ha ha. We are both very happy and excited. This is a new stepping stone, journey and responsibility in our lives but we are ready to give it our all and make it work. It will be wonderful to have a home. Plus we can have our little puppy with us all the time!! Yay!! The home is in West Valley around 5400 West. There is a lowe's on 5600 west and it is close to that. We will take pictures and have them up soon!!
